Removing users from a class

Important:
If you remove a student from a class you will no longer be able to view their work or results. The student will still have access to their course but it will no longer be linked to the class.

 
Removing students and teachers

This option is available to: Teachers, Teacher administrators and Organization administrators.

 
To remove a student or teacher:

1.Click Manage classes on the left.

2.Click Edit next to the class.

3.Tick the user(s) you want to remove in the Users section.

4.Click the Actions drop-down list and choose Remove user.

5.Click OK on the messages that appear.

 
Removing teacher administrator users

This option is available to: Organization administrators only.

 
To remove a teacher administrator:

1.Click Manage classes on the left.

2.Click Edit next to the class.

3.Tick the teacher administrator to remove in the Teacher administrator section.

4.Click Remove selected.

5.Click OK.

Note:
Removing a user from a class will not remove them from your organization, you will still be able to add them to another class. If you want to remove a user completely see Removing a user from your organization.
