Entering access codes for your students

This option is available to: Teachers, Teacher administrators and Organization administrators.

 
Students can enter their own access codes at any point. However, you can do this for them if you want to.

 
Collect the access codes from your students' books if you need to and make sure the students are in your class before you continue.

 
To add students' access codes:

1.Click Manage classes on the left.

2.Click Edit next to your class.

3.Click Edit under the course title.

4.Scroll down to the list of students.

5.Enter an access code next to each student's name.

6.Click Update.

Note:
If you don't see the course, you will need to link the course to your class.

Troubleshooting codes:
If you see a message saying that the code is incorrect, check the code and try again.
If a code still doesn't work, email Customer Support at eltsupport@oup.com for help. Please include the access code, the name of the course and the student's Oxford ID username.
