Registering a new organization

Only one person at each school or institution should usually need to register an organization account. Teachers and administrators can join the organization to access classes and courses within the same school.

If you are a teacher, speak to your institution administrator to ask if they have registered an organization account. If so, you can join the organization.

If you are the administrator for your institution, or you are a private teacher, you can register a new organization account to manage your classes and students. There are two ways to do this:

What is an authorization code?
An authorization code is a 12-digit number. Codes are included with some Oxford University Press teacher's books. If you do not have a code see Apply for an organization account, below.

To enter an authorization code:

1.Sign in or register at www.oxfordlearn.com.

2.Click Register an organization.

3.Enter your authorization code into the box on the left.

4.Tick the box to accept the terms of use.

5.Click Continue.

If you do not have an authorization code, you can apply for an organization account instead. To do this:

1.Sign in or register at www.oxfordlearn.com.

2.Click Register an organization.

3.Click Apply for an organization account.

4.Complete the form in full.

5.Tick the box to accept the terms of use.

6.Click Submit.

We will send you an email within two working days to confirm whether your organization account has been set up.
