It is no longer possible to enter new codes, register a new organization, create new classes, invite new users, or use a joining code to join a class or organization.

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgotten your username or password? and enter your registered email address. A link will be emailed to you which you can use to change your password.

If your username is not a valid email address, ask your teacher or school administrator for help. If this is not possible, please contact Customer Support at eltsupport@oup.com with the answer to your security question, plus either your username or an access code that you have used.
