When I try to sign in it says my account is locked, what should I do?
Your account will be locked if you try to sign in with the wrong details too many times.
To unlock your account, click Forgotten your username or password? at www.oxfordlearn.com and enter your registered email address. A link will be emailed to you with instructions to change your password. Your account will be unlocked for you.

How do I change my password on the site?
Click My details at the top of your account homepage, then click the Change password link.

I don’t remember my security question and answer. What can I do?
Contact Customer Support at eltsupport@oup.com with your name, the name of your class (if you have joined one), the name of the course you have access to, plus an access code you have used.
