When I try to log in it says my account is locked, what should I do?

 

Your account will be locked after more than 10 unsuccessful login attempts.

 

To get your account unlocked, contact Customer Support at eltsupport@oup.com with the answer to your security question, plus either your username or an access code that you have used.

 

I have forgotten my password. How do I request a new password?

 

Click the Forgotten your username or password? link on the log in page. Then, enter your email address and click Next.

 

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

I have registered without an email address, how do I reset my password?
