Click Manage classes on the left and then click the Edit link next to the class name. Scroll down to the Users section. If the students’ names are there, and you cannot see their names in the Gradebook for the course, they have not completed the joining process in full.

What happens if one of my students starts early – before I want them to?
In this case, they will have been working for self-study, but can join a class at any time (using the student joining code created by the system when an administrator creates a class).
When the student transfers from self-study to the teacher-led course they will need to start the exercises again.
|
What if I get a new student in the middle of the year? Can they still have access?
They can start work as a student normally would, just as a student joining a class halfway through would need to start a new print workbook.
